Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Sorry, we currently only sell & ship within the United States. We plan to in the future.

 

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, and Shop Pay.

 

Q: How long is shipping?

Non made-to-order products ship out in 1-2 business days from Washington state. Standard shipping will take 3-5 days on average, with express shipping available as an upgrade anywhere in the US. Made-to-order & personalized products will typically take an additional 1-2 business days before shipping. See product descriptions for more info.

 

Q: Where is my order?

You should receive a tracking number and order number in the email address you provide in checkout. Please check your tracking number and consult with the appropriate shipping carrier. We apologize if there's a delay with the carrier, but once it's out of our office, it's out of our hands.
